Assuming that you card is mechanically OK I would question the RAM.

Most high end games require 1024MB min.

If you are saying you had no problems with an older graphics card I would go back to it and see if the problems persist.

When you changed cards and drivers do you uninstall all previous drivers?

    Removing Old Software
To ensure successful installation of your ATI graphics card, you must uninstall the graphic drivers for the
existing graphics card before removing it from your computer.
With your current graphics card still in your computer:
Close all applications that are currently running.
Click Start, Control Panel and select Add/Remove Programs.
Select your current graphic drivers and click Change/Remove
*The Wizard will help you remove your current display drivers.
The computer should be shut down after the drivers have been removed.
*If the previously installed graphics card has any additional software installed, they may also need to be
removed at this point. (For example DVD Player, Multimedia applications, etc.)

Yes i do. Cuz i reformat my PC 1st before installing the new card.
And i am using 512ram x2 card now. If i use one 512ram card the lag won't start so early when playing game. It will start to lag after around 30minute but adding 1 more 512ram it become easier and earlier lag.

Your Everest report only showed 512MB.

If the added RAM is causing issues it might be incompatible RAM. Are the two sticks exactly the same? Manufacturer; type; and speed?

Does this only happen with certain games? Any other problems? This could also be a heat issue.

See if you have any coinciding issues in your Event Viewer.

    Administrative Tools > Event Viewer.

Look under both the System and Application sections.

That second shot was your ATI drivers.

If you can force a shutdown and note the time then go back to the event viewer and see if ATI2MTAG keeps coming up at that time.

That is the 3 day event. Well maybe i install the ATI driver on that day.

Next time the computer has this lag problem note the time of day.

Then go back to the Event Viewer and see if anything was listed at that time.
