who remembers this retro arcade soccer game?
Does anyone have it on PC or PS 2?

I think it might be called "seibu cup". or "seibu soccer"

Yes it is called Seibu Cup

To play this game on pc you need an emulator called MAME then you run "Seibu Cup" as a rom on MAME

MAME IS FREE AND THE ROM IS.
