There is no easy fix here.
You need to get some ID on this computer and or motherboard.
You could try Everest: http://www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=everesthome
Or CPU Z: http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
Look under motherboard.
If you get an ID you need to go to the manufacturers site and look for Support > Downloads > Drivers
I don't know why SP2 was not in Windows Update but perhaps you have an OEM XP CD which might make a difference.
Were you able to play this game previously on this computer?
If not I doubt that it is capable but still you need some drivers and updates.
That's about all I have time for tonight. Maybe someone else will have other ideas.

and i went to those two websites yet i could'nt find anything for motherboard

You need to download those programs then run them.

umm for the first website do have to go to the offical website to download the stuff?
