wait so i searched and i deleted everything but it still wont work!
UGH and i cant take out my hard drive
and i cant reinstall XP because it says that the XP on my computer is more advanced or something like that than the one on my CD

What exact error are you getting when you try to load the driver?
Did you try an older version?
Since you have installed XP SP2 then your version of XP is newer than your CD. But this should not be relevant to either a Repair or Clean Install booting from your CD.
This is assuming that your CD is a Microsoft CD and not an OEM recovery disk.
A Clean Install will allow you to format (totally wipe) the hard drive so your current version SP2 will no longer exist.

the error is:
an error occured while deleting file
E:\\WINDOWS\system32\nvnistnt.dll
Data error (cyclic redundancy check) (error #23)
then it has two buttons
retry or cancel
if i click retry it just pops back up and if i click cancel it just doesnt install in the end

OK... sorry I forgot that.
Again I think your problems are because of these two drives. Windows should be on C:
Anyway can you find that file? Open E: and go to Windows > System32 > nvnistnt.dll
Open E: by right clicking it under MY Computer then Open.
If you get an error here go to Control Panel > Folder Options > View
And check: Show hidden files and folders
And also uncheck: Hide protected operating system files
