Did you just reinstall XP?
First off please go to Windows Update and get SP2.
Then you need to reload your Graphics drivers.
As your card is not being detected in the above scan look in your Device Manager under Display adapters. What is listed?
Start/Run/ devmgmt.msc

yes i recently reinstalled windows xp. and my display drivers aren't in my device manager. but i think it might have been the service pack 2.
