Hi!
I just wanted to let you know what was wrong with the computer. It is fixed now. Had to pay a lot of money but I'm just happy it's working. He thinks it DID need a new video card and more memory, but in updating the video card, we didn't realize that we needed a bigger power supply. It said it in tiny print on the back of the box, but wasn't something we saw. So after getting a new power supply (about $30) we were able to get it all up and running. I was happy with the service even though I wish we could have done it ourselves (would have saved the $150 in home fee) but we didn't know so it's ok. Thanks for all of your help and maybe if you know anyone else who ends up with this problem, make sure they have the right power supply.
