What is listed under Display > Device

If it happens to be an on-board Intel chip then it is probably not capable of playing Maple Story.

where is start run?

start is in the lower left corner of your screen.

Run... is on the bottom of the right side menu after you click start

Type in there: dxdiag

Then click the Display tab.

In order to play Maple Story you would have to add a Graphics Card to the computer.
