The drivers will be at the card manufacturers web site.
Look in dxdiag to ID your card:
start/Run/ dxdiag | Display
For example ATI:

nVidia:

However the Maple Story error in general means that your graphics card is not capable of playing that game. It needs 3D support.

how do i get this support i know my pc is capable of playing this game coz i played it before

You played it on this same computer?
The basic error is an insufficient graphics card.
If you played before on this same hardware then try reinstalling the drivers.
Also run the test via dxdiag | display
start/Run/ dxdiag
You might also try reinstalling DirectX 9.0c

first of all ty!
secondly: yes i played it b4 but then my microsoft 2000xp crashed and we had to reinstall 2000 wich i had b4 and even then i played maplestory so i think i might have to reintsall the drivers but i'm a total computer noob so if you would plzz explain everything to my in steps you would be a life-saver!!
