i brought medal of honor pacific assault and i can install the game and start a new game and play it for a short while then it freezes or locksup with the sound repeating its self and i have to restart my pc

plz help coz iv had this game 4 a wile and still cant play it and i loved the over moh games this is the only 1 i have problems with

so your not getting any Blue screen errors, which is a good sign. what video card are you running? is it onboard video? does your system meet the on the box specifications?

umm this is my sound card and video card specs and my pc does meet the specs on the box but it doesnt say wich video cards or sound cards its compatable with its a ea game so theres a spec test for your pc and most things are ticked compatable ecept the video card it says compatibility unknown
it also says this for the sound driver but not device i havnt a clue what to do i think i have to update my video card and sound card but dont know were to download the files

lockups are useually caused by video cards more than soundcards... which is why asked.

Try lowering the in game settings to the lowest setting @ 1024x768 and run it like that to see how it does.

i can run it with rearly low grafics but its annoying becouse i can play other games with simular specs
