When i try to play some games i get this message below

Run-time error 429
ActiveX component can't create object

Is there any thing i can do to fix this problem?
I get this error for alot of games.

I have Avast antivirus and it has a script blocker could this be the problem?

Ive installed the ActiveX in the link you gave me but it did not fix the problem

Another attempt could be to type in the RUN box:

REGSVR32 SCRRUN.DLL and then press ENTER

Does your AV have settings to allow certain scripts?
Just as a test have you tried without the AV?

Also: is this a new problem? Were you ever able to play these games on this computer?

I have type that in and pressed enter

Yeah i disabled the scriptblocker in AV also still doesnt work

I never tried these games before so i dont know if they would have worked earlier
