Haven't you got an instruction manual? Surely there should be onscreen help...

See first of all u should check out your controls that are set by default in the game.I would recommend you to change the settings as it will make it easier for you as well as me to explain it.So here we go:

I cant remember much about the format but proceed in this way:

1.Set the key for a frontfoot shot as 'S'
2.Set the key for a backfoot shot as 'W'
3.Set the key for taking a run as 'D'
4.Set the key for cancelling a run as 'A'
5.Set the key advancing as 'Tab'
6.Set the key for six hit button as 'Shift'

Now we can start batting.Follow these steps:

1.First position ur batsman according to the ball where it is being pitched.
2.Now just as the bowler is about to bowl, you have to keep one key pressed and when the ball pitches, you will have to press another key.For example:If you want to hit a straight drive, keep the down arrow key pressed and when the ball pitches, press the 'S' key.
Note that if you remove your hold from the down arrow key and press the 'S', then the batsman will not hit the shot.Both the keys have to pressed.

3.The method of playing different shots is the same.Just keep changing the arrow keys to hit different shots.Hope this helps you.

As far as bowling is concerned, i will have to play the game again as i completely about it.

Remember, after some practise, you will get your timing right.So dont give up early if you cant connect the ball with the bat.
