Someone here helped me before about making my computer run faster,and that worked out fine. But after we had a no dial tone problem at home, and verizon spent a week fixing it, I always get disconnected from my Warcraft online games. (they said there was a problem with the main cable affecting many customers nearby, but it took days to fix)

I've been playing Warcraft for a month now online, so I didn't get booted out of every game before, but now, when I play with anyone online, I get a message saying "waiting for host..." like the host is lagging or something, and then I get disconnected from the game. It always happens between 5 to 30 min into the game, every game, so its a serious problem.

So any suggestions? It is it Verizon's fault or is there something I can do here? I just don't know what I'd tell Verizon anyway if I did call them "Please help I always get disconnected from my online games"?
