Okay my brother has ffxi on the other computer, and has never had any problems like this before. As of right now, I have a different cd key, so it's not that. He told me it's because this computer isn't able to take final fantasy XI. The graphics and everything. So what we want to do is change the config. Problem is...

It's totally empty. The only thing visible in it is the picture up top, the "FINAL FANTASY XI" title on top of the box, and the outline of the box. Below, the 3 boxes of "Default (D), Help (H), and OK" Nothing in the big box is visible so we can't change anything. Here's a picture of it...

Looks like you meet the min requirements, There is a benchmark utility here but I haven't tried it so just beware before installing or running anything.
