i have completely installed the full version of cricket 2004. but while playing it
in windows xp ,after clicking play game it returns to the desktop.when i run it on windows 98 it plays but it plays too slow nd graphics r not fully shown. please give solution to the problem.

Well I think it's your Direct X version, Cricket 2004 needs version 8.1 and above you seem to have version 6. Which is weird because most new games intall Direct X for you.

First try visiting www.microsoft.com/directx and click on "9.0c is here" and follow the download prompts. Then update your video card drivers by visiting http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp and again following the prompts.

Let me know if the problem persists.
