my installation stops before it gets done and asks for a disk so it can get data file 5 !!! i dont have this file!!help me!!! i have the client from the website. please help

you may have some corrupted files, ive downloaded L2 and had the same problem, it wouldnt install, so my friend told me to downlaod it again and it worked....
