FFXI wont work!
Alright..this is a long one ppl..oh and by the way great forum. Well i got final fantasy XI and it wont work..i've got a ati rage 128..well this isnt the problem. i went out and bought another one (rather expensive) and i brought it home and tried to put it into my computer...well it was a PCI and..i being a dumb person...didnt know where my PCI plug in was..so i brought it back and bought another one...well this other one was an AGP plug in and it would have fit perfectly...but my computer was too skinny for the video card and it didnt work again...so i brought that one back and called dell and asked for one fit for my model computer...so they sent one in..and the plug in wouldnt go with my computer but it was skinny enough...so i called dell..and they were all like "oh..your model has the best video card for it..." and so i sent it back..and then i called them again to ask what i can do and i got in touch with this gamer dude that worked there...well he said that he had the same problem for the same game..and he said he bought more memory and then downloaded the latest patch for directx and said that it used the memory to cheat the computer...well i tried this and it definately..didnt work..so i was just wondering if there is any way to fix this or if there is more to the directx computer cheat plz! im desperate!

hmm... did you try the radeon 9000?
there is no absolute need to "close" the case.
I haven't been able to close my case since I first started adding parts
anyway, if the game says you need that card I would guess you need it or better, perhaps you can find one smaller

what are the minimum specs for the game?
how do they relate to your system?
how much RAM do you have?
hope this helps
