I had to install a new hard drive and loaded windows 98 everything works ok except im stuck with 16 colors and i cant alter my screen size..........any help would be welcome!!!!!!

Have you reinstalled the drivers for your graphics card?

..... and monitor, if you have separate drivers for those?
