recently we had a virus detected on our system. avg virus scanner told us it was there but it was unable to remove it. do you know any free programs i can download from the internet to get rid of viruses? thanx

What version of Windows do you have installed? What was the exact name of the virus detected? What was the exact location of the infected file or files?

Hi I am new to the site, my computer has a trojan horse also. I have windows me. The trojan horse names is optix pro 13,it infected over 142 files. I deleted the majority of them but its still there. Please help me
