I don't know if anyone's able to help, but i hope someone can! Recently Explorer will not open on my pc (whether it be the internet, control panel or My Computer folders - absolutely everything which requires Explorer won't open) It's quite worrying - all that appears is a message saying an illegal operation has occured in Microsoft Internet Explorer!
Can someone tell me what's wrong and how to fix it?!

When you get that error message, there should be a button that you can click on in the error message box that gives you more information. This will then give you a more descriptive error message including the filename that caused the crash - that's the crucial bit of info that we need to help you.
