sound problems after re-installing operating system

With regards to problems created by re-installing operating system I am now experiencing problems with sound. Have looked on Everest Home and found that multimedia device is Intel 82801AA I/O Controller Hub - AC'97 Audio Adapter PCI. Can anyone help me to find the drivers for this or point me in the right direction on getting sound back.

The 2 firewalls I recommend are The Sygate Personal Firewall and Zone Alarm Free edition. The free office product I recommend Is Open Office.
