I don't think that'll mean much to anyone to be honest. We need the following info to try and help you out:

What program does the error occur in?
What are you doing when the error appears?
What's the full error message?
Does it refer to a filename?

For example:

When I'm in Word 2000 and I print a document with pictures in it (other documents are OK), it generates an error with the title "Print Spooler" and the error message "Winword.exe caused an invalid page fault in sspool.dll".

Will try to help if you give us a bit more to work with

Heres what I found on that error.

Error Message "Fatal Exception Error 016F:BFF9B3D4" when opening Explorer or at other times, win(ME), this is most likely caused by a problem with a video card probably the GeForce type or its drivers, to fix check for newer drivers or lower acceleration
