Hi everyone hope you can help. I have deleted an email by mistake which had an address I need, I think I can remember coming across some old mail that was in black and white like dos once, and wondered if I was dreaming or if it is possible to retrieve in this way.
Any help would be gratefuly received

What software or provider do you use for your email ? If using Outlook Express have you checked the Deleted Items folder?
