I am experiencing no Internet connection at times with DSL (Verizon) and end up with a blue screen stating... "An exception OE has occurred at 0028:C0096BA in VXD VMM(01) + 000086BA. This was called from 0028:C01352C in VXD VKD (01) + 00000640. May be possible to continue normally
*Press any key to attempt to countinue
*Press Control+Alt+Del to restart You wll lose any unsaved info in all applications by doing this.
    Press any key to continue"...

Now I do press all the keys they want and nothing! Plus I have no idea what this is all about. I've called Verizon for tech support to no avail. With continual down time (no online connection) This is a mess. Then Boom! I'm online. (After many retries) If there's someone that know's this problem, please advise. I would be so much grateful. Thank you, whoever you may be.

This is unlikely to be a problem with your internet service provider (Verizon). It sounds like a hardware problem. I would recommend un-installing your DSL modem or router and re-installing the drivers / installation program for it.
