many problems, stuck in startup, keyboard not detected

today i went into my add and removed programs and i uninstalled like 10x 7gb files called windows security updates, i thought they were strange because they were so big so i figured the worst that can happen is that i will have to use my windows repair disc.

after i turn off my computer, unplug it and use my cords to fix another computer. then when im done i plug mine back in and i start it up, and it stays at the very first screen where it says Press Del to go to setup menu or somthing. and i try pushing del and i notice my keyboard doesnt work and the lights are off. so i thought crap its broke, and went and bought a new usb keyboard. then i plug it in and it doesnt work. lights dont come on, nothing.
not im stuck, i cant get out of that screen since the keyboard does not work. and cant boot from a windows disk...what do i do?

tryed 2 different keyboards, ps2 and usb. mouse is detected but keyboard is not....please help me.

Hmm, your ps2 should work. How do you know your mouse is detected if you cant boot past POST? Are you sure your ps2 keyboard works? The Windows Security Updates you uninstalled "may" have interferred with your USB, but should not have affected your ps2. Try tapping your del key rappidly as soon as POST begin and until you get a result, or not.
