Win 2K Flags XP HD As Dirty?
I installed Win 2K on a HD by itself. When I boot from the drive, it flags another HD I have Win XP Pro on as dirty. Win 2K then proceeds to do a disk check and finds that all the fliles on the HD have to be fixed. So it does so. Then when I boot my XP HD it says the files 2K just changed as dirty. Then it proceeds to fix every darn file on the HD. Why is this happening and how do I fix it? I could just unplug the XP drives when I run 2K but that's a real pain. There must be a fix for this somewhere.
Thanks,
Kylearan

Thanks and sorry for the late response. I heard about this fix before and it seems to work. However I decided to try and run Windows 2000 in a virtual machine and that seems to work OK for the old games I wanted to run. I also may try various multi-boot programs that will let me hide those HDs from Win 2000.
Thanks,
