Can anyone tell me how to build a login script on a NT Server?

The meaning of this script is for someone when he logs on a certain file has to be sent to his local computer, and when he logs off again it has be to written back to the server again.

How do I have to create such script?

I think what you are referring to are Roaming Profiles. These can be set for each user using Active Directory
