ok i got my old computer out today and hooked it back up, but dont get me wrong it was doing this when i took it out. anyways you can turn it on and it will go all the way to were it say windows me but it want go any further. you can hit the esc button and it will go back to where you can delete to go into the settings. so i think it might have something to do with the settings but i really dont no.so i was hopeing someone knowes whats a wrong with it.thank you so very much for just reading this

can you boot into safe mode? (keep tapping F8 when machine is booting)
