Ok I need to re-install my ethernet card drivers on my XP computer. I installed the Intel PRO/100VE driver but apparantly I also need the WAN Miniport (IP) and the WAN Miniport (network monitor) drivers. I have having trouble finding a novice - friendly web site that allows a free download. Where do I find it so I can save it on a separate drive?

Did the card come with a driver CD?

The card manufacturer would be the best source of drivers.

What is the exact make and model?

Intel PRO/100VE is a chipset used on many cards or it could be on-board.

Do you know if this is a PCI card or is it on-board?

If on-board what is the make and model of the motherboard?

The motherboard manufacturer would have the proper drivers if you do not have their driver CD.
