can you help me please. my computer has shut down and will not reboot. when i turn the computer on it brings up a box that says windows has expired and if you click the ok box it goes in to a blue screen that says a fatal error with code Cx000012a. the start up tool bar does not come up so i can do anything. i have a preportions disk and it wont even pick that up. i have tried to reboot using windows 98 and windows server 2003 and it wont pick it up. any help. thank you
