"Does Windows 98 support Linux?"

I honestly can never say I've tried it with Windows 98. I would think if it wouldn't run at all, it would be very slowly.

Linux itself is another Operating System so you'll need to reformat to allow the Linux disktype or you can emulate Linux, not sure if this will run on 98. Emulation is very slow, and very costly. I highly suggest VMWare for this.
