    Dell will not boot up.

    My W98SE Dell locked up and would do nothing. I finally pulled the plug. When I restarted it, I got a message to enter the Product Key Code number. I did that and then I got an Explorer error message: "This program has preformed an illegal operation and will be shut down."

    The details say:
    "EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
    module EXPLORER.EXE at 018F EIP=00401F31.
    Registers:
    EAX=00000000 CS=018F EIP=00401F31
    EFLGS=00010202
    EBX=00000001 SS=0197 ESP=0080Feec
    EBP=0080fef4
    ECX=00000001 DS=0197 ESI=00000000 FS=276f

    The registers list goes on and on.

    I try to reboot and I get the same thing over and over. What can I do to get running again? Thanks
