I have just formatted and reinstalled windows 2000 pro.

It is now asking for multimedia audio controller.

I saw a similar post on this site and downloaded Everest Home Edition which said that I have an Intel 82801BA ICH2 AC'97 audio controller [B-5].

Please can anyone tell me where I can find the driver for this as hours of searching has proved fruitless.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Just to say I managed eventually to find one.

It was a long shot but I downloaded one off a link from a forum for windows 98 and it worked.
