Outlook Help Needed
I've just moved my works PC from another office. Had to have a new user set-up as using a different server. Since then all emails I send & receive are in "Plain Text" format even though I've chosen mail my mail format as "HTML" via tools>options.
The IT person here has no idea why it's doing this!
Any ideas how to fix this?

I've just recently uninstalled MS Office (2000) and moved to Open Office so I'm going on my memory here.
In Control Panel, Internet Options, Programs tab is there an HTML Editor listed? (ie; MS Word?)
It sounds as though you've covered the Outlook options. ("I've chosen mail my mail format as "HTML" via tools>options.")
