Briefly, I am in Lin Hai, China (American expatriot). I only want to know the probable nature of problem if not a solution as I can find a solution once I know. I go to MSN Messenger Hotline to my email and a pop up occurs shortly saying "Internet Explorer cannot open MSN Hotmail--operation aborted. This makes reading the email difficult and sending emails impossible as the window freezes. If I search for help and find a site using a search engine, and try to go to links (either by clicking on link or writing the whole line into the search engin (Google), I always go to the same site--I think bogus: "NT Search com" which appears to be a search engine but is very poorly designed and does nothing--the address for this site is "www.ntsearch.com/iresults.php?qq = Internet although it may be qq= virus at other times. Keeps me from getting to links from websites. Are these problems due to viruses? Local (China) or international? Thank you.

Then download Hijack this from my signature, follow the instructions and post a log in the spyware section.
