When booting to my win98se operating system I receive the following error message:

{Error starting program}

The CCTRUST.DLL file is
linked to missing export MSVCP60.DLL:?showmanyc@?$basic_streambuf@DU?$char_ traits@D@std@@@std@@MAEHXZ.

After clicking OK the message disappears and the computer works as usual.
I checked and found the cctrust.dll in the windows/system folder, but no msvcp60.dll. Therefore I downloaded both dll files and copied, first the Msvcp60.dll into the system folder, and when it didn’t help, also the new cctrust.dll, but the message continues to appear.

It looks like MSVCP60.DLL is missing, or corrupt. You might have downloaded incorrect version.
My Win 98 shows ver. 6.00.8972.0

I got your address, but please delete it from your post for security reasons.

the new version of the .dll file did the work.
i inserted it in /system/ and the error mesage doesn't appear any more
