I am trying to download music onto my ipod shuffle. The Ipod for some reason syncs to windows but not itunes. So it tells me to download itunes again and delete the current one. I can't do that however because when I go to add and remove programs and trry to delete I get this message "Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation before proceeding with this install". I dont have any current installations that I know about. Any suggestions?
