Hi, thankx for the reply. I think it is from Sony B's Clip & B's Recorder Gold 5 burning sofware. It will uninstall the Recorder, but not the B's Clip. Burner was working fine, hardware & soft, until I burn some disk for my son. That's when it went stupid and I started getting the error on resource library not found. I have norton system works 2000, but wasn't sure if I should try to remove the clip with norton before or after disabling or manually taking the burner out to start over.
