Well when I start up my computer normaly, it restarts fully. However, it is in 16 colors display, and there is no mouse pointer on the screen. Ofcourse, With no mouse I can't do anything to the computer. When I restart in safe mode, there is a mouse and it starts up fine, but when I go to settings 16 colors is the only option and I cannot change it. Any help?

Is this a new problem? Any new hardware or software?

Sounds like you lost your graphics card drivers.

Do you know the make and model of your graphics card and or computer?

do you know how to navigate windows using the keyboard? more specifically, the 'tab', spacebar and 'enter' key?
if you cannot see the mouse pointer, but can see the effects of using the tab key in 16-bit mode, then it should allow you to use your computer ..
unfortunately, im not so sure whether this will solve your problem, but it will allow you to run various diagnostic stuff whilst not in 16-bit mode
