Situation: This computer has tons and tons of trojans in the computer and decided that it would be better to wipe and restore. Now, when I go thru reinstall process and it is successfully reinstall...the computer on a black screen gives me an error that shows that it cannot upgrade files %1 and %2...I don't know what that means.
Any help would be greatly appreciated..
