my server hangs , so i restart the server but booting not done it shows window s server 2003 ........... After that it dosent show anything ( Screen bank)

Could be a number of reasons. I'd try swapping out the graphics card first of all. Or, if that can't be easily done, testing each individual RAM module in different RAM slots - that's quick and easy.
