This is the error message I get 10 or 15 times after I boot up. When I pull up the ctrl-alt-del thing, it shows that Explorer has not responded for every time the error message has appeared. Also, I can open my dialup ISP but I cannot get to the home page or anywhere else. This all developed after I used an ME upgrade disk to repair some minor problems on my system, which it did take care of!!! What can I do now? I tried the disk several times but nothing changes.

Try booting your system in Safe mode and check.
