I got a Compaq computer that has no operating system. At least, that is the message that comes up when I turn it on! I got a CD of Windows ME and would like to load it but I don't know what I am doing! I have no idea what was in there before. Any help will be appreciated. Step=by=step would really be good. Thanks.
