    File missing

Explorer (i think) keeps on coming up with the error msg "MSIMG32.DLL file not found" - or something like that anyway. Is this library part of DirectX or something else. Anyone know where i can get a new copy & which folder it likes to be put in?

    Many thanks

This error only started occuring after installing rahman imager - don't know how. Also Explorer has started seizing up when i access hotmail (only hotmail which is wierd). All this only started after installing rahman imager.

It sounds like 'Rahman imager' (not a program I'm familiar with) has created or changed a reference to MSIMG32.DLL in the registry and pointed it to the wrong place. My recommendation would be to remove the 'Rahman Imager' application through the Add/Remove Programs option in Control Panel if possible and then restart the computer to see if it sorts it out.

If that doesn't help, we might be able to use Windows 98's System File Checker to get a fresh copy of the DLL file off of the Windows 98 CDROM.

Doomangel - if you have a problem that you would like us to help with, please start a new subject thread, rather than posting in someone else's thread. Thanks.

Achorste - It's been a while so I assume you got your problem sorted. Do you need any more assistance with it?
