Can't adjust settings in Windows 98.
I sure hope I am posting this correctly and explaining myself well enough. We got my colors working proper awhile ago and they have been working fine until now. My computer froze so I had to shut it down and it came back in safe mode, I can not change the settings in safe mode. Once it comes back to normal mode, I can change the color settings but can't click on o.k. for it to take effect, because the settings box is bigger than my screen and there is no way I can move it or make it smaller. I tried installing the 130103Util.zip again but nothing happened. I still can't change the settings in safe mode ( it just won't let me) and I can't correct them in normal mode so now I only have 16 colors. Any help would sure be appreciated.

If you go into normal mode, click to change your settings you can then use the tab key on your keyboard to hit ok. Its a bit of a hit and miss but if you selecvt the settings you want then hit the tab key then hit the enter key it should take effect.
The other thing you can do is adjust the monitor. Use the buttons on the monitor itself to move the screen up to where you may be able to see the ok buttn. Then adjust back down afterwards.

Well couldn't do it with the buttons on the monitor, but the tab key and then enter did the trick. Now I have my colors back again. I even restarted the computer to see if they would still stay and they did. Thank you so much. I really appreciate the help.

Glad it fixed it for you. Had the same happen a few years back.
