ok before i do all that i went inside the comp. i cleaned all the dust and remove the wires from the driver disk and looked for dust i put it back together then i restarted the comp. then it actually looked like it was working because i wasnt hearing the spund anymore then i dont know what i pressed and theis blue screen with all kinds of functions appeared and i havent seen that screen the whole time this has been happening..now i dont know how to get that screen back

does the blue screen have writing with an error message?

just before the machine boots try presing F8 to try and get into safe mode.

no the blue screen it has all these options. i can run it in safe mode but i have no programs or anything. the start icon doesnt even show up.
