Receiving blue screen Fatal Exception whenever (after start up & at my desk top) I attem[pt to access any program or system. Thus locks up the PC & I have to re-boot.
Exceptions are: OD 0028:C1BDO233
And OD: 0246: O14747FB

While we are at it, anyone know where to find a source for these codes...what the mean?

Could you please give us the full error or at least the first two or three lines that give the filename(s) that have reported the error? For example "VMM32.VXD caused an unhandled exception 0028:C1BD0233 in module A09BC081" etc.

A fatal exception OE has occured at 0028:C1BD2223. The current application will be terminated....

" " " " OD has occured at 16CF:014775B6. The current application will be terminated.

" " " OD has occurred at 0246:014747FB. the current application will be terminated......(etc)

All Blue screen. All give choice of hit any key or Ctrl/Alt/Del.

This does not occur while in safe mode. Occuras when I try to access any folders or pr ograms.

Hello Stan. I was just going through the forum cleaning and closing threads etc when I ran across this thread. I was away for about 30 days and I'm just catching up to the work here.
