I just reformatted my computer and i don't know which graphics driver to get, please help me

Run this scan:

What is listed under Display as the Display Adapter?

It says None detected

See if it shows in the Device Manager:

Right click My Computer then click Manage then Device Manager

Display adapter


And or go to start Run... dxdiag | Display


If these are blank as well and you do not know what graphics card you have:

What is the make and model of the computer? Did you add the card yourself or is the computer as you purchased it?

My Grandad installed the card himslef

You will have to know who made it or whose chip it uses.

Probably either ATI or Nvidia

If you cannot find out then you could try to install the driver from either and if it doesn't recognoze the card it most likely will tell you.
