Having problems with computer freezing during scandisk. Even when I try to cancel scandisk it freezes.
In safe mode, scandisk will run, but then freezes on the support page. After scandisk runs, computer goes straight to a support page where the arrow will not move. At this page, never does go to the hour glass, just freezes on the error.
Any idea?
