Hi There! My Friend Is Having Problems On Her Windows Me With Her Mouse Not Responding At All. I Taught Her How To Use The Tabs On Her Keyboard And She Tried To Detect A Connection But There Is None. Can Someone Help So I Can Teach Her Over The Phone Since She Does Not Have Internet Access At This Time For Help. Thanks!

Welcome to Dal. Has she tried the mouse in another ubs port? She would have to restart the cmputer to have it detect it. Otherwise try another mouse.
