Answers to the above questions:

The computer blue screened and I am reinstalling Windows 2000 on the machine again. We do use OEM cd for our 2000 installs.

We have a built up machine pentium III, 256 ram, ASUS motherboard

This error does change at another attempt to install. error: \i386\c\_1252.nls could not be loaded. The error is 7.
